Hello! I'm Michael Kay, an Illustrator and Comic Artist based in the midwest. I attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design to pursue a BFA in Comic Art. In 2021 I co-founded a small publishing press with my friends called "TOXIC METAL PRESS".
My body of work indulges in a homoerotic exploration of the male form, and the gothic macabre, as well as analysis of inexplicable emotions, portrayed with strong line work and rich colors to depict having influence on the reality of the image.
